In Aruba, I purchased an $86, one month top up for a WiFi Digicel device. I cannot use this device when trying to call anyone using VIBER. I can call using Viber if I use ANYONE else's WiFi, just not Digicel. So, I attempted to contact Digicel Aruba by phone using their website's published 4 phone numbers. ALL FOUR do not answer the phone. I have called all 4 numbers at least 4 or 5 times over 3 days, at different normal hours, and N O B O D Y picks up the phone. The website does NOT allow for email contact even though there is an email address showing. The entire website seems to promote all kinds of contact IF you want to spend more money. I want, and need service. Now I'm learning that when you want service from Digicel, expect silence.
